Monthly rental use

• Monthly nights are accepted, so please make a reservation for longer than 28 nights.
• Please check the "Guesthouse Accommodation" calendar above to see availability dates.
• Please sign a fixed-term building rental contract before staying. We will prepare translated documents as necessary.
• Please be assured that the contract allows for shortening or cancellation of your stay.
• In addition to the rent, a cleaning fee of 1,100 yen (per stay) + 10,000 yen deposit will be charged.

Monthly viewing reception/Quote

We accept viewings and tours at any time. If you are staying at the hotel or the person in charge is not available, we will contact you to suggest a date.
