FD+room operates as both a share house and a guest house.

FD+room supports students attending schools in Kagawa Prefecture.

Contents of special services for the student share house plan

Rent will be waived for July and August, when many students are on long vacation.

During this time, if you wish, you can leave your luggage there and pay the guesthouse rate.

Dinner is provided. Please read below.

FD+room is a share house with dinner provided.

We provide a nutritionally balanced dinner (separate charge) that focuses on home-cooked home-cooked meals.
The cooking will be done by a housekeeper who has completed a food hygiene course.
Depending on the circumstances, we may choose catering or take-out meals, but we choose delicious and reasonably priced meals. *Meals cannot be provided to those using the guesthouse.

We will lend a bicycle for commuting to school free of charge to those who have bicycle insurance. Please present your insurance certificate before moving in. Also, please obtain permission from the school to commute to school by bicycle.

Share house/guest house with cats

All three former rescue cats are shy, but once you get used to them, they become very friendly.
The shared living/dining room and living room are designed so that you will not be disturbed.
The 2nd floor terrace, which can be accessed from the outside stairs, is a place for them to relax.
You can spend time with the cats.
