About usage

FD+room operates in accordance with the following usage patterns.

Accommodation use

• Short-term accommodation: Less than 5 nights
• Medium-term stay: 5 nights or more to less than 6 months

For stays of 5 nights or more, please contact us before the start of your stay.
Standard fixed-term rental housing contractWe will exchange the following.
However, medium-term accommodation is subject to flexible operation as a lodging facility.

If you wish to stay for more than six months but less than one year,
We will treat it as an extension of your stay,
We do not guarantee availability for periods exceeding six months.

Share house use

Share house use:Annual contractIt is based on the following.
The target is:Students under the age of 30 who attend school in Kagawa Prefectureis.

Currently, we are not accepting new applications for share house use.
Individual consultations are available only to those who meet the eligibility criteria.

Contract and payment method

About the contract

• For stays of 5 nights or more and share houses,
  A standard fixed-term rental housing contract will be signed.
• The contract will be based on Japanese, and a translated version will be prepared as necessary.

Payment Method

• Accommodation (official website reservation)
  Credit card payment via Stripe or prepayment by bank transfer
• Share house use
  Withdrawal from your Japan Post Bank account
