Please note

The system allows short-term reservations, but monthly reservations are accepted from 28 nights, so please make reservations for longer than that.
Please sign a fixed-term building rental contract before staying. We will prepare translated documents as necessary.
Please be assured that the contract allows for shortening or cancellation of your stay.
In addition to the rent, a cleaning fee of 1,100 yen (per stay) + 10,000 yen deposit will be charged.
