1. About share houses for students

Service target

• Students who use this property for the purpose of attending school in Kagawa Prefecture will occupy this property.
• Limited to people over 15 years old, but generally up to 27 years old.

Contract period

The contract is for a maximum of one year and will be renewed at the end of March.

When canceling the contract midway through the contract period

If you have no choice but to move out, we ask that you notify us at least one month in advance.
We will take your circumstances into account as much as possible.

Until the end of March 2025, the following will apply.
Monthly 24,000 yen (tax included)

From April 2025, prices are subject to change in line with changes in fuel costs.

Share house business suspension period

The house cannot be used as a share house during the two months of July and August.
Therefore, you will not be charged monthly rent during that period.
Please remove your luggage from the room, but we will store it in our warehouse if you wish.
If you wish to use the room during the business suspension period for club activities, school events, etc., please make a reservation through the reservation site as a guest house.
You can continue to use the service while leaving your luggage in the room.

If the estimated cost for restoration work exceeds 25,000 yen, we will charge you the excess amount. After that, those who renew their contract will be required to pay a new deposit of 25,000 yen.

Payment method　

Please pay the deposit in cash at the time of your first contract.
Monthly rent will be automatically debited from your Japan Post account.
The amount will be debited at the end of the month.

Personal property management during long vacation periods

When you return home for a long vacation, please clean your room. Furthermore, please store all items in your room other than food in a dedicated locker and lock it. (The duplicate key will be kept by the housekeeper and will be unlocked if you need to move your belongings.)

Please note that personal belongings can be kept in the locker for the duration of the contract period.

Dinner will be provided for 700-800 yen (estimated price) per meal.
We prepare food products for home delivery. We will bill you by the 25th of each month, so please use automatic debit from your Japan Post account in the same way as rent.

Breakfast and lunch are not provided.

Bicycle rental

We will lend you a bicycle for commuting free of charge on the condition that you purchase bicycle insurance.
There are two vehicles available, and as a general rule, requests will be given priority in the order of applications. Please contact the school in advance to see if it can be used for commuting.
Please be responsible for maintaining the rental bicycles yourself. In addition, please bear the cost of repairs.

How to contact important matters

In order to ensure that there are no mistakes, we will share important details regarding the billing amount, withdrawal notice, and contract with the resident, guardian, and our three-party LINE group (or alternative means).

4. Common to share houses and guest houses

Complete closure period

, we will be completely closed for family use for 4-5 days during the Obon period and for about a week during the year-end and New Year holidays During this period, you will not be able to use the service.

Cleaning/garbage separation

We will clean the common areas regularly, but we ask that you do a quick clean after each use.
We also ask for your cooperation in separating garbage according to Takamatsu City standards. If the amount of trash is extremely large, we may ask you to help take out the trash on a designated day.

Damage/failure of fixtures/home appliances

If you find any malfunction or damage to fixtures or home appliances, or any defects in the building or equipment, please immediately notify our company or the guardian. Depending on the cause, we may be required to charge the customer or compensate for the security deposit, but we ask for your cooperation in order to restore the property to its original condition as soon as possible.

Consent of competent court

In the event a legal dispute arises between you and Flare Design, we ask for your consent to have the first instance held at the Takamatsu District Court.
