About usage, contracts, and payments

These terms and conditions set out the basic conditions for use of FD+room (hereinafter referred to as "this facility").
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using the service.

Article 1 Classification of usage type and usage period

The facility's usage patterns are categorized as follows:

1. Accommodation (short-term)

• Usage period:Less than 5 nights
• This is a lodging facility intended for short-term stays.

2. Accommodation use (medium term)

• Usage period:5 nights or more - less than 6 months
• This accommodation is for medium-term stays.
• In this case, a contract will be signed before the start of your stay.

3. Extension of stay

• If you wish to stay for more than six months but less than one year, we will consider it an extension of your stay.
• We cannot guarantee that the property will remain vacant for a period exceeding six months.

4. Shared house use

• Usage period:Annual contract
• Share house use:Students under the age of 30 who attend school in Kagawa PrefectureThis is intended for:
• Currently, we are not accepting new applications for share house use.
• If you wish to use it,Please contact us individually if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Article 2 Contract Method and Legal Status

1. Accommodations of less than 5 nights are provided as accommodation services.
2. For stays of 5 nights or more and share house use,
   We will enter into the **"Standard Fixed-Term Rental Housing Contract"**.
3. For medium-term accommodation use of our facility, a rental contract will be concluded.
   　Flexible operation as accommodationThis is based on the following assumptions.
4. The contract terms allow for shortened stays and cancellations.

Article 3: Contract

1. Guests staying 5 nights or more are required to sign a contract before starting their stay.
2. The contract will be written in Japanese.
3. If necessary, we will create a translated agreement.
4. The contract may be concluded in writing or electronically.

Article 4 Payment Method

1. Accommodation (reservations made through the official website)

Please make advance payment (deposit) using one of the following methods:

• Credit card payments via Stripe
• Bank transfer

2. Using a shared house

• Payment will be made by direct debit from your Japan Post Bank account.

3. Payment Deadline

• If payment is not confirmed by the specified payment deadline,
  Any reservation or contract may become void.

Article 5: Cancellations and Changes

1. We will be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations and changes to your booking.
2. Specific terms will be provided individually at the time of booking or contract.

Article 6: Compliance with House Rules

1. Users are those designated by the facility.House rulesshall be observed.
2. The house rules apply to both overnight stays and share house stays.

Article 7 Changes to Terms

1. The contents of these terms and conditions may be changed as necessary.
2. The revised terms and conditions will take effect when they are posted on the official website.
